Ndutu Migration Luxury Safari

Welcome to Tanzania! Upon arriving at Kilimanjaro International Airport, our team will warmly greet you and transfer you to your safari lodge in Arusha. Enjoy a relaxing evening at the lodge, where you can unwind and prepare for the exciting journey.

After breakfast, we’ll embark on a scenic drive to the Ndutu region within the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

This area is a prime location for witnessing the Great Migration during this time of year, as vast herds of wildebeest and zebras move through the plains. Upon arrival, you’ll settle into the luxurious Lake Ndutu tented lodge, perfectly situated to offer stunning views and close encounters with wildlife.

Spend the day exploring the Ndutu area, where the migration is in full swing. Your guide will take you on game drives to witness the incredible spectacle of thousands of animals grazing, moving, and possibly giving birth during this season.

The Ndutu region is also known for its excellent predator sightings, so keep an eye out for lions, cheetahs, and hyenas. After an exhilarating day, return to the lodge to relax and soak in the beauty of the African wilderness.

After breakfast, we’ll journey to the Central Serengeti, a region renowned for its breathtaking landscapes and rich wildlife. As we drive through the Serengeti, you’ll have the chance to see a variety of animals, including elephants, giraffes, and perhaps even a leopard lounging in a tree.

You’ll stay at Serengeti Serena Lodge, where you can enjoy the luxurious amenities and the incredible views of the surrounding savannah.

In the morning, we’ll embark on a half-day game drive in the Central Serengeti before making our way to the Ngorongoro Crater.

The drive offers more opportunities to spot wildlife and take in the vast Serengeti plains. Upon arrival at the Ngorongoro Crater, you’ll stay at the Ngorongoro Serena Lodge, perched on the crater rim, offering panoramic views of this UNESCO World Heritage site.

On your final day, we’ll descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a memorable game drive. The crater is home to a diverse array of wildlife, including the Big Five, and provides some of the best game-viewing opportunities in the world.

After a picnic lunch by the hippo pool, we’ll ascend the crater and begin our journey back to Arusha. Depending on your flight schedule, we’ll either transfer you to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) for your departure or back to your accommodation in Arusha.
